Design, Supply and Installation of Thermal Insulation Panel under GoI Jetty at Cochin Port
This work essentially comprises of “Design, supply and installation of thermal insulation panel not less than 155mm thick for reducing temperature from 540oC at source to 45oC at the inner side of panel in between utility duct and facia beam under GoI Jetty at Cochin Port”.
Minimum Qualification Criteria
- Experience
The tenderers shall have experience of having successfully completed at least either
- Three Similar works each costing not less than Rs.16.71 lakhs
(OR)
- Two Similar works each costing not less than Rs.20.88 lakhs
(OR)
- One Similar work costing not less than Rs.33.42 lakhs
during the last 7 (seven) years ending 31st January, 2020
- Financial Turnover
Average Financial Turnover of the tenderer over the last three financial years ending 31st March 2019 [2016-’17, 2017-’18 & 2018-’19] shall not be less than Rs.12.53 lakhs.

Note 1:- Similar Work(s) means “Thermal Insulation works”
Note 2:- Following enhancement factors will be used for the costs of works executed for bringing the financial figures to a common base value in respect of the works completed in past years.
